We classify
our team workers in three different professional levels: Junior, Senior, and Master.
All professionals that work at Georges Miret Salon comply with
the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
We also group our clients
in different spending levels to bring them creative promotion
offers, according to the frequency of their visits and pattern
of the service taken. They are: Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

Georges Miret Salon offers a range of specialist levels. Our clients can choose to have their treatments done with a Junior, Senior, or Master level specialist. Below have indicated what each level means in terms of experience of the individual specialist.
· Junior (J) Hair Stylists. Professionals who
obtained their license in the last 5 years. They will charge 35%
less than top ranked master professionals and they can be utilized
to perform all salon promotions.
· Senior (S) Hair Stylists. Professionals who
obtained their license in the last 10 years. They will charge
20% less than top ranked master professionals and they are performing
some but not all of the salons promotions (refer to promotional
chart).
· Master (M) Hair Stylists. Professionals who
obtained their license in the last 15 years. Prices are charged
according to the salon’s prime price service's list. Master
professionals do not participate in any promotions, but they do year round special

Georges Miret Salon was open to the public in 1985 and since 1995 it has been under the direction of Mr. Ruben and Mrs. Dirlei Mendez. Mr. Ruben started in the beauty industry since he was a very young guy. At the age of 18, Mr. Ruben received professional recognition in his home country of Uruguay. |

Mr. Ruben learned his profession European hair stylist teachers and later on , he enhanced his knowledge with the American schools techniques that he acquired and practiced once he got his American Cosmetologist license. In 1985 after masterting his beautician skills and techniques he decided to further his career by moving to the US. Since that time he has been working in the Coral Gables neighborhood. |
